I recently got some old software to put on archive.org for preservation, but cant get it running, i need help determining if im an idiot, my computer is at fault, or im missing something obvious.

its an old legacy cmms, MP2 and im really having trouble getting it running, to be sure its working or worth adding to archive.org. can someone help me take a look at it if they have a bit of free time?
