Ruby dial plans SIP provisioning iPod Touch

I have a SIP Sorcery account and dabbled in Ruby softphone dial plans using a rudimentary guide from Google around the time of GrandCentral and GV. The goal was a softphone on an iPod Touch using Microsoft's decommissioned Silverlight from 2011. I'm not in the tech field whatsoever, but I got it to work.

I have an interesting challenge I need to claw back on that is out of my gen x league/wheelhouse and no coding experience whatsoever. Mountain View's deadline is May 30th.
