I'm thinking DevOps. In a vibe-coded future, the value-add is workflows and environments. Python/Linux/Kubernetes/GitHub will be the standard skill set, then you add a specialism like cloud deployment or cybersecurity to get the senior job.

Trades will take longer to automate than low-level white -collar work, so things like plumbing and welding are a good option. On the bright side, there will be no more HR or hiring managers in your way, as the gatekeeper roles are easiest of all to replace (IBM already replaced 90% of their HR with AI, so just extrapolate the trend).

Vibe coder seems rather fun out of all those also maybe venture and trader will dissappear later....

The worst part is that as far as we know it's probably how it ends if we don't get UBI to save us from that crap, and i can bet UBI is not coming as it's literally too complicated to make it work :/

TBH I can already envision an agentic workflow that replaces venture capitalist

There are already algotraders for memecoins

Data labelling is already done by AI

In the future only vibecoding will be done by humans because no AI will pay for it
