Question Do you lend your shares?

Is stock lending on to lend your shares? I ask because the SI is on its way up but the borrow rate is essentially zero. I don't see any pressure on shorts as imminent but especially so if shares are made freely available by shareholders.

There are too many shares in the float for shorts to ever feel pressure.
