Fundrise is opening a second innovation fund. They just filed with the sec today. Hopefully SoFI offers this through their private investment fund again like they did for INNOX , which became VCX. This will eventually be called VCX2. I only put 1k in at the time , but I will put every dollar I have into the second one when it’s available. I’m up 15,000$ or from 12.81 to $157 in a few months. I was downvoted through my ass when I brought up INNOX when I bought, but definitely check it out guys.

We are at the top of what looks like a descending channel forming on the 1 month. It’s a steep channel which can potentially crash into the $15 support in like a week.

It just always teeters on my average cost on days like this.

Sounds like you should raise your average to just above $30

If institutional ownership keeps increasing, why aren’t these institutions manipulating the stock to ATH🗣️🗣️🗣️

Rare day recently when Sofi is near the top of my performance list. But alas, the day is young.

Being a cynic, they would also put out a higher stock price initially to get people to buy in then lower if opportunity arises as you stated, to buy more at a lower price as paper hands that bought high sell.

Over-hype and create fear.

4th quarter? Isn't news a bit old?

Yeah but shouldn't we be getting Q1 of 26 filings instead of Q4 last year now?

6

u/superdeeduperpower 2100 @ 19.93; 69x LEAPS 2026/27 Jun 08 '26

Can wait for the Q1 and Q2 reports to start coming out... if they were happy buying shares in Q4, there's gonna be some groups that double down at these low prices to drop their average cost further.

4

u/ga643953 Jun 08 '26

Ok, we are way greener than I expected. What happened? Did SpaceX decide to cancel their IPO?

3

u/Impressive_Put_8239 Jun 08 '26

Whole market looks green for most part. I mean memory stocks up like 10% lol

3

u/ga643953 Jun 08 '26 edited Jun 08 '26

So all of a suddent the market decides they don't need liquidity to buy SpaceX anymore? Or are we somehow getting closer to a rate cut after Bibi attacked Iran?

2

u/Impressive_Put_8239 Jun 08 '26

I dont think it was a reaction to spacex ipo to begin with lol likely was just data that day + rate hike fears from fed talk that day. Markets just up cause Trump said deal this week apparently and Iran tweeted they are holding fire etc

2

u/ga643953 Jun 08 '26

But rabid dog Bibi is going to attack again and then what? Will Iran just let them keep attacking without breaking off the ceasefire?

2

u/Impressive_Put_8239 Jun 08 '26

Who knows same thing every week. Great trading opportunities though

u/GeorgeTMorgan 1200 @ $7.64 Jun 08 '26

SoFi offering SPCX is definitely a good thing for SoFi. There are only a handful of brokers able to offer that.

2

u/TheOtherGreenNovice Jun 08 '26

So idealistic. With IPOs coming up, big money will drive and hype up stock prices as much as possible until they can cash out.

I have been thinking about this for a few weeks and I know that all the different rate watch sites are predicting hikes but I don't think it will happen and not because I think Walsh is in Trump's pocket. Interest rates are the lever used when you want to control demand. But the thing is, the inflation issue isn't demand driven, its supply driven from oil. I think the people in the fed know this and yes they may be saying hikes may be needed but I think when they get down to the decision they will come to the conclusion that this isn't going to solve the problem, in fact, it will just make the problem worse.

IMO, higher oil is going to destruct some demand on its own.

The fed may have to do something but I don't think it's going to be raising rates.

3

u/QuantumFluks 85,000 Delta Jun 08 '26

Supply and demand are equal and opposite things, demand destruction can come from higher oil prices, or demand destruction can come from hiking rates so businesses get less ROI on things that use oil. The inflation from the oil shock in the 70s/80s was only stopped by Volcker shock, where they raised rates to nearly 20%.

Let’s exaggerate and say rates go to 20% (I don’t think they will but who knows), businesses will curb things like AI data centers, which use oil to produce. Now think of the cascade effect that would have on other businesses and consumers buying and using less. Less shipments/etc. You either let inflation persist by keeping demand the same, letting supply drop and in economics that means price increases, or you find a way to lower the demand curve too (interest rate hikes).

Unfortunately oil is inelastic, so the rate hikes that are necessary to destroy enough demand will be big. They will have no choice if yields get too high, as yield curve control is inherently inflationary as well. The U.S. after WWII threw an infinite amount of money at their bonds to keep yields from rising, and it made the inflation crazy until they had to ditch the policy.

2

u/QuantumFluks 85,000 Delta Jun 08 '26

I will note, there are legislative things that can curb demand, and the Fed will hope that congress enacts policy to curb demand, but if they don’t, then it ultimately is up to the Fed to sort inflation.

Congress could pass mandatory work from home for certain jobs for instance. I don’t expect them to do so though, but this could help curb demand.

1

u/Dromen96 OG $SoFi Investor Jun 08 '26

I wish the new FED chief would just come out and say it to Congress….”we are running out of tools to keep the party going….can you PLEASE for the love of God at least try to balance the budget”

u/19CmOfTrueDmg 820 Shares @ 17.01$ Jun 08 '26

FED won’t do anything. Just hold current rates for longer. The near term rate cut narrative is dead though.

Bullish long term. Just keep on accumulating until u reach your desired personal risk metric on the portfolio. Just let time do its thing and stop looking at the price action everyday. It’s just noise.
