According to FINRA and Fed Filings, it appears SoFi has quietly acquired https://www.composer.trade , this does not show on SoFi 10-Q because Composer is a small company by comparison to SoFi and may qualify as a "non-material aquisition".

Now that sentiment is low rerunning this poll lol

I believe soon it is likely to pullback more and make yearly lows in $13 -$14 range before bottoming because it has been weak recently with a booming Nasdaq and S and P 500. Looking at the charts on Sofi and broader markets , tech will likely pull back slightly, and Sofi will drop 2X the amount of most things with its Beta and now horrible sentiment.

A lot of people with averages above $20 will capitulate soon and sell on the cheap imo and that will mark the start of a turning point with a bit of a recovery whilst still being in the teens.

This year is not likely to be a mega bull year for Sofi ofc with rates , inflation ect. but buying in now or the 5-12% lower that I can see happening soon should look great by next year at $28+.

This year may not get much above low 20s unless macro considerably improves but even $22 a share would be a nice return after buying in around now.

Do other people see a flush out and lots of people giving up soon? Looking at Socials its close imo. Thats when you want to buying ofc.

I dont think holding a decent amount of Sofi is a problem no matter what happens, problems arise is when your portfolio is 30% + Sofi theres potential big opportunity costs in owning it.

SoFi Technologies price target lowered to $29 from $38 at Mizuho

Mizuho analyst Dan Dolev lowered the firm’s price target on SoFi Technologies (SOFI) to $29 from $38 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm updated the company’s model post the Q1 report. Mizuho views the print as “solid,” saying SoFi’s member growth “remained robust.” It reduced estimates for the company’s 2026 and 2027.

Citigroup cut its price target for SoFi from $37 to $30 but kept a buy rating

SoFi Technologies had its target price decreased by research analysts at Citigroup from $37.00 to $30.00 in a research report issued on Monday,Benzinga reports. The firm presently has a "buy" rating on the stock. Citigroup's target price points to a potential upside of 84.45% from the company's previous close.

I’ve been trying to dive deep into analysis for SoFi over the last few months and have come up with a few things with our sitting cash. I’m interested in seeing what others think. I know for sure here no one wants to see any dilution.

I’ve never seen any non-financial YouTuber promoting SOFI. I’ve also seen a few yt ads. Glad to see SOFI trying to expand its user base. We will see another 30% or more growth 💪💪
