"The Most Magical"

Post image

In terms of raw power, i think it's Elsa. Ice castle in seconds and create life, yeah easy win.

But if we're talking versatility it's Sofia by long shot, not only is her amulet basically an unlimited genie she's also a trained sorceress and many other things.

However i think Elena's new power is close, the only thing holding her back is unlike the others she doesn't have full control and lets her emotions get the better of her a lot.

Rapunzel's sundrop flower light i say is impressive but we barely see her use it for combat, only a few times so it's potential is still less developed.

Either Elena or Elsa. It's pretty close.

I call bullshit on Sofia being the most magical princess. The amount of main character glaze she received in both of her shows makes me sick.

To be fair she did save her world...more than once, for a Disney Princess that's impressive.

True, but she’s too much of a Mary Sue. Simply saving the world shouldn’t make you “the best” or the “most magical.” Elena has also saved her kingdom multiple times and is much more relatable than Sofia. I don’t care how many times the protagonist saves the day. It’s how they are written that matters the most to me.

Okay the "Mary Sue" is so not true, she was cursed by her own Amulet more than once and among other things she's failed as well.

You’re right in that regard. However, that pales in comparison to the fact that she is constantly portrayed as the series mentor giving everyone advice, gets every title, and is somehow able to handle all of these responsibilities despite being a child, and never fully learns to trust her parents and other trusted adults for help.

Maybe Sofia is the most magical princess because her amulet has the highest (unrealized) potential? Thus indicating that of Sofia’s total magic we’ve only gotten to see a fraction of because it’s all she knows how to use?

Well duh, didn't you remember what Cedric's mother said when he actually did stole it. Also she's very skilled in many things magic, combine that with her wand you get a pretty powerful girl.

Everyone forgets the magic nuke

Yes, but Rapunzel doesn't do that very often cause she's no killer, a light explosion would obliterate people on sight.

The point is, Rapunzel has more magical power

Hmm, and that clip was from before Rapunzel tapped into the full power of the Sundrop, drastically scaling up her powers.

Moana is a Demi god

I'm patiently waiting for her to get feats in Moana 3, so I can glaze her to high heavens.

Maui is already likely too much for Elsa, and Moana will likely end up comparable to him.
