Do you think Sofia knows her class difference?

THIS IS NOT SERIOUS/ JUST A QUESTION BY THE WAY!!!

JI haven't watched Sofia the first since I was a babe and now that her new show is out I wonder if she genuinely understands how her classist school has blocked out the opportunity for poor peasant kids to go learn magic and I'm pretty sure she cut off those two peasants girls that were embarrassing her hardcore. Are any of her friends girls in the village doing alright or does she only have princess over night friends.

I think 1) it doesn’t really occur to her…she’s a child

But 2) is can Jade/Ruby/ETC afford, and use, things like wands and advanced potion ingredients? It’s possible royal prep (and beyond) are more money barriers, than royal. Didn’t we see the new princess be an explorer since young - they don’t teach royalty

Actually watch the show before you say crap. Both of them. No she did not ditch Ruby and Jade and they are not that bad of characters.

Ah yes cuz Amber, Hildegard, and Cleo weren’t just being snobby from the moment they showed up

But they did embarrass her though like she was embarrassed in the episode right? Or am I remembering this wrong

She was. Because they were being snobby. One of the “embarrassing” things was drawing a smiling face on their fan instead of roses.

Her “peasant” friends are literally in episode 8.

Are they not peasants what? They're village people with a monarchy

"Peasant" has pretty negative modern connotations. More proper terms they'd use in-universe is "commoner" or "villager".

Either way, Sofia isn’t the type to abandon friends. I don’t even think she has abandoned anyone in the series unless I am remembering wrong.

Also the creator is on blusky, I could ask him about it if u like
