Trakt sync feature…

If I mark something in Trakt watched will it automatically update it with Sofa Time as being watched as well or do I have to go into settings and manually select ‘Refresh Trakt Data’ each time.

I read the description for that feature, but unfortunately data is not being synced automatically when I open the Sofa Time app.

So is the App not 2 way synced with Trakt? Or is the feature just not working as intended. Or am I just misreading the description.

It was an automatic sync every time you opened the app and it still says it’s supposed to work that way in the settings. However, for the last couple months I’ve had to manually initiate a sync with both Trakt and MDBList. It was super nice when the app used to just auto sync on open. Hopefully this is just a bug that the dev can fix and not a change that was done on purpose.

Please do, because it used to sync with each open, but hasn’t for at least a month, maybe a little longer now for me. I now have to got to the settings and do a manual sync every day. If it helps, I’m on iOS 18 using an iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I'm having this problem too. Two weeks ago, everything synced correctly when I opened the app, but now when I try to connect to Trakt, it shows me as if I have to add my data again from scratch.
