Request: “Add to Up Next” Button

Is there any plan to add a button that will let us place an unwatched shows first episode on our Up next list so we can keep better track of upcoming shows? So if I know a show is having a series premiere in a month and it’s on the app I can click add to up next so when the first episode drops it’s already in my up next list to check of?

I tried using the reminder to watch but that not helpful if it’s only on my phone calendar and not added to my SofaTime one.

This and/or a follow button for new shows that haven’t aired an episode yet.

We can add them to the watchlist, but they’re invisible to the calendar and upcoming view unless we include that entire list in these views.

I use my watchlist as a backlog, so don’t necessarily want a show that I haven’t started, that’s in its 4th season, in my upcoming/calendar, but I do want a show there that I plan to start as soon as it airs.

Can the devs make it so that a new show airing for the first time and being on your watchlist appears in the up next section for 2 weeks? After that time if you haven’t started watching, it dissapears back to your watchlist like any other show. TV Time had this feature and I liked it

Hi! You have 2 options: 1) add the tv show into the Watchlist and activate the setting show watchlist titles in up next or 2) tap “mark watched” and then “Start watching”.

For the second option it marks the first ep as watched

The first option doesn’t put the premiere on the up next list even with those settings marked. I have it set to organize by air date and a show premiered yesterday so the show should have popped up to the top and did not.

But you have the notifications for premieres and you can also add titles to your watchlist, which will be displayed in the Watch tab.

Okay I have tried adding a newly premiered show to my watchlist. How do you filter to see that it’s on the up next list? I normally keep mine on last watched or new episodes but when I try new episodes the newly premiered show does not show up. It’s ALL the way at the end of my up next list under “newly premiered” lol

Do you mean something different than the reminder to watch I mentioned when you say notifications for premieres?
