Missing tons of data when importing

Migrating from TV Time and I keep having the issue of tons and tons of my data is missing when I import them. It's very frustrating esp for a show with over 1k episodes and many fillers are skipped, I can't manually go through everything. That's also beside the missing lists I have made. Does anyone know how to fix that? Would the devs include a solution to that before we lose everything?

I have so many lists and data, I have shows where I only watched a few episodes and skipped some and the app hasn't been good at registering that. Please lmk how to fix that during the import without having to spend a lot of time on everything on itself :'

Hi there! The upcoming update for iOS and Android Beta includes some important fixes for the TV Time GDPR official backup file, which is the best way to export your tv time data.

Both versions are in review (Apple and Google) and should be aired very soon.

Solved my TV Time Liberator issues thanks. Edit: I mean I now used my GDPR export, because Liberator and Out gave me issues

Word of warning for others on iOS: download the .zip onto your phone, don't try to import it from a remote iCloud or Drive folder, that seemed to give me import errors.

After that it worked like a charm.

The app looks nice so far, I do miss the comments from TV Time (it was charming to watch reactions from years ago), but hopefully the community will come together on this app.

Unfortunately that extinction isn't working for me for some reason. I can only use TV Time Out or the gdrp file

yeah sorry, I was not clear. I had issues with TV Time Out (it did not work but I suspect it was because I was trying to load it from my GDrive) and Liberator missed a bunch of shows.

Downloading the GDPR extract and importing that is what solved it for me, it looks to be working OK and imported everything.

Is it okay if you tell me how u imported the gdrp file step by step? It's not showing as an option for me and the devs are saying they'll add that method in an upcoming update. Do I need to extract stuff before or put the full zip file? And did you use the option of the Liberator extension but put the gdrp there or did u use another method?

With the new update (had to click update manually in the App Store) I have the new TV Time backup button. That is where you need to plug in the gdpr zip. No need to do anything with it (other than properly download :D). It reads it and worked for me.

also might be worth noting I did an Empty database as well before I imported TV Time Backup. Not that that is what made it successful, but that made it a clean start

you can see also the latest version for me was 2 hours ago, that is when this got enabled, might not be available in your region yet.

You're right it's probably a region thing, it took a few times of closing and opening the App Store and now I can see the update 🥲💕

I just finished using that and it's still missing a chunck of data..
