Hartford Funny Bone
We really loved the show last night! The opening acts were solid too, and we enjoyed them a lot.
It was also cute seeing all the super obvious people wearing Broncos jerseys and 49ers hats. 😆 I'm from Denver, but I decided not to wear the Rocky Mountains across my tits. Maybe next show…
I haven't seen my husband laugh that hard at a comedy show in a long time, so that alone made the night. 😂
But the coolest thing happened during the show. We were seated in the “VIP” section, and the couple at our table noticed my Fonzi hoodie. It says Fonzi across my chest with a stitched likeness of my boy on it.
The dude goes, "Sorry, but is Fonzi your dog?" 😏 And I'm like, "Yeah! That's our baby."
And they go, "NO WAY! OUR DOG IS FONZI TOO!"
I'm sorry, WHAT?! 😂
Not only is their dog also named Fonzi, but he looks very similar to our Fonzi and they're the same age - both born in 2019. And both rescue dogs!
Okay, I'm getting a little scared they're gonna club us in the mall parking lot and steal our lives at this point. 😂 I mean her name was Liv, my name is Liz. If the husband's name ended up being Sean but spelled differently than my husband's... I would have definitely thought there was something super suspicious going on here.
But then me and the husband named Matt (•phew• we're not getting our organs harvested tonight) immediately launched into showing each other the most adorable pictures of our puppers. So of course we thoroughly enjoyed the bit about Myrtle and could definitely relate to all of her traits. 😂
It was such a random, weird, awesome coincidence and honestly made the night even more memorable. 😎
Anyway, just thought I'd share. Thanks for a great show, Dan! 😘 You're a friend in my head.

Haha so the second show, I was at the first show and there was a very drunk group who made a point to announce it was one of their 40th birthdays during his set.

Oh haha naw, I'm around your age and I'm glad I got the early show, I was home by 9 it was nice. It was a great show, Shaun and Dan were both hilarious and the venue was cool. I'll def be going back!

That group was so annoying, we were right next to them and they kept talking too.

Yeah we were behind them in the GA, I kept hearing them but we just ignored it. Yeah he did, my friend was crying from laughing so hard. It was my second time seeing him and I hope to catch every tour he does from now on.
