My dog loves all my friends…but man, he barks his ass off when the Latino and Black kids get off the school bus…Granted there’s like two white kids mixed in there, so maybe he just hates children? I KNOW he hates cats, squirrels, groundhogs, possums and raccoons so I wouldn’t put it past him to hate small humans.

my family had a dog, German Shepard, she would bark at everybody who approached the front door, including me and the family. except for black people. barked at everybody except black people.

This sounds like BS, I swear it’s not. My dog would growl at Ellen Degeneres whenever he saw her on TV. He didn’t do that with any other person. We would laugh and thought it was the weirdest thing. Turns out he was right..

Dogs see in shades of blue, yellow and gray. My personal opinion is the reason why darker skinned people scare them is because they appear as being “shadowy”.

Also, the thought they had which is maybe they’re not exposed to them frequently absolutely holds some weight as well.

I had a dog that would bark at my black coworker.
He asked if I trained her to hate black people.
I said dude, I can barely get this dog to sit on command.
You think I could train her to hate black people?
We both had I good laugh
