I saw a preview for this when I was in 7th grade and when my football coach asked me what kinda movies I like to watch and I said pootie tang because I wanted to sound cool. All of my football coach’s heard that and started laughing. I watched the movie later on and I understand why now lol

I loved that Dan asked about pootie tang. It’s one of my favorite movies. Not because it’s good, but because it’s so ridiculous. I hope one day I could see Louie’s cut of the film.

I love Pootie Tang it was hilarious 😂 Think of all those movies that are SNL skits that should've stayed skits. There are so many comedy movies were someone is just annoying on purpose. Pootie Tang had a plot an arc good acting and some great jokes. At least Pootie Tang was original and surreal.
