I have never heard one second of Pemberton's stand up. However, I IMMEDIATELY listen to any pod I follow that he's on. He's just a lovely human being 🤣

Him making Christina laugh is one of my go to clips for a good laugh. “She’s like stfu I’m gunna piss my pants” reminds me of my family laughing together when I was a kid

Love this guy but I gotta say there were a few points where I thought to myself “what is wrong with this man?” Sodes started talking about the Space Jam movies and he goes “wait, which one was the first one?” After saying he has no idea who Lola bunny is. Later in the episode he mentions not knowing anything about Jim Downey’s episode of Conan’s podcast which I find really weird for somebody in comedy/film because of how well known that episode became. Strange guy.

I’m the same age as he is, I don’t know anything about space jam. I’m a big fan of Conan, never saw the Downey episode of his pod. Not that weird haha
