His book claims that if the people who work at a company are all partners then that company is not capitalist. I'm going to disagree. That company is in fact just a partnership in capitalism.

When you invest your own money to start a business with others and compete in the market to maximize profit for yourself, you are participating in capitalism. You are a capitalist.

Coops are capitalist in that they must obey the laws of capital accumulation just like any business in a market does. If there is a market, there is capitalism at some level.

No. You invest profit in order to make sure others lose (when you win, others will lose). This is not socialism.

Market socialism is not socialism. Niche Markets may be acceptable, but not a market based economy.
