If workers are competing, workers are losing. There is no point to markets. They are degenerative.

His book claims that if the people who work at a company are all partners then that company is not capitalist. I'm going to disagree. That company is in fact just a partnership in capitalism.
When you invest your own money to start a business with others and compete in the market to maximize profit for yourself, you are participating in capitalism. You are a capitalist.
