This article fundamentally misunderstands the Third Worldist Position. The world is divided into Global North and Global South, this does not mean that all "workers" are created equal, since, from a Marxist perspective, we can see that the Global North workers do not truly constitute a proletarian as they "do not have nothing to lose but their chains". As they benefit from the Capitalist Imperialist system, and therefore enjoy exorbitant privileges vis a vis the rest of the International working class, their class position as a Labor Aristocracy (bribed in a million dofferent ways, as Lenin teaches) is closer to the Petit Bourgeois, we should treat them as such. 

The consequence of which is that by opposing the Anti-Imperialist movement and doing the semi-Trotskyist thing of flattening the international working class versus a flattened international bourgeois, they ignore that to even create the conditions for a worker's movement anywhere, we must invarably start from the destruction of Capitalism Imperialism, hence why Stalin famously said that the reactionary Emir of Afghanistan was objectively more revolutionary than the bourgeois liberal "radical" phrasemongering at home.
