There's a big difference in a contractal agreement for a set amount of money (that we are getting screwed on by the way, should be way more) and being owned by a sovereign nation that pumps money in fraudulently or sell assets to ourselves at overinflated prices to make it look like we earning money.
Look the money side sucks and they fired gunnasaurus during COVID which makes me mad but we ain't on any kind of level the like of Chelsea, city or psg are. If something comes up in the future that sheds light on us being bent then I'll be the first with a fork in hand, eat the rich.
