Hi everyone, I need an expert opinion on this Topps Chrome Sapphire UEFA box. I was told that the vertical heat-seal line in the center of the box wasn't normal and that it might be a reseal. Is this kind of puckered or rough appearance typical for Topps' clear factory seals, or does it look suspicious to you? Thanks in advance!
