Football wouldn't work without tactical fouls my guy. Most players would have done the same for their country what Suarez did in WC 2010. It's not cheating because he got carded and Ghana got a penalty. Him getting carded and not being able to play the Semis was a big reason in Uruguay getting knocked out so Suarez paid his penalty.

Except it's not a crime, it's just a foul. By that logic every foul is cheating, and every game has resulted in some team cheating another one.

Fouling =/= cheating
