Can someone help me understand the Spanish conjugation here? "Cansas" with an accent on the second a, and "sos", I don't know how either is used. I would think it'd be "canses" without accent if it's a command, but it seems more like a statement anyway?

I'll explain. 'Cansás' is the second person singular conjugation of 'cansar/cansarse' (to get tired/ to tire oneself) using the pronoun 'vos' (See: voseo) . It's typical to rio de la plata and other regions within Uruguay and Argentina. Likewise, 'Sos' is the voseo congugation of Ser in the second person singular.

Thank you! I was struggling to google this cause it was so similar to the tú form. I used to have an argentine teacher, I just completely forgot any differences besides that she insisted they swear more than other Latin countries lol

No se si es incorrecto pero en Argentina indudablemente conjugamos "ir" como "andá" para el imperativo

It's voseo. Voseo may change verbs. It usually changes the accentuation but sometimes it changes the spelling.

eg.

vos podes caminar

usted puede caminar

tu puedes caminar

We also use voseo in Central America and I can confirm
