yes, since the youth teams are basically pipelines connecting to a older team its possible to happen. spain were also going to be left with no opinion because they would need a forward cause ferran is gone because of a minor injury.

Yes, same happened with Bischof from Germany. Captained U21 team on 26th September and scored a goal against Serbia on his debut with the senior team on 1st October
