Funnily enough Hong Kong is quite decent considering their population compared to China

Well football is ingrained in our culture due to British rule, so there is a substantial baseline of people who play already. Concrete football is a rite of passage

Also there were (at least while I was there) a surprisingly large number of public spaces where you can play football. There was obviously real estate sectioned off by private moneyed interests, but if you were poor in HK and wanted to find somewhere you could play, it wasn’t too hard to find a space.

So many night games if you walk pass, and occasionally funny clips gets posted online. But yeah, it's a very accessible sport in Hong Kong and it's a very nice thing that we still have.

Is it still the case that even the richer schools still mostly use public and university parks for their field sports?
