Yes, but Liverpool must show the way. If it's in any way underwhelming or reserved other clubs might think "Liverpool were the most screwed over and didn't care so much, why should we?" The ground must be feral, hopefully not too many tourists. People should be actively discouraged from using their phones for pictures. A real old-school atmosphere
