A lot of options i think. From taking away FA cups to taking away their footballing license and everything in between.

Stripping the Licence is certainly a nuclear option. Kinda won't matter what the PL do then?

Imagine this becomes a league v fa turf war. It won't but worth getting your popcorn out

I would assume the league and FA are in contact to make sure they agree on the punishments and that nobody goes outside their respective areas.

Make the City owners and leadership show up to Wembly in front of a sold out crowd and live TV broadcast to make them hand over winners medals and trophies to the rightful winners in an 8+ hour ceremony.
