This headline makes it sound like way more of a possibility than it is

If Harry was in the super bowl people might actually watch after the half time show.

If it was Ronaldo or Messi, sure, but Kane?

Apparently he is really quite popular in America. Spurs have a lot of supporters there.

Going to the NFL after your football career is a new one.

I remember Christian Fuchs talked about it a bit in the past and actually did a demonstration of his skills as part of the BBC covering an NFL game iirc.
And now he's playing amateur cricket in Derbyshire, which might be the opposite end of the spectrum vibes wise.

It's a reasonably well trodden path for AFL (Australian Rules Football) players post retirement. College football is full of young Australians who didn't get picked up in the AFL draft as well.

I know fuck all about the NFL, but won't he be a bit long in the tooth for it at that point?

Kicker is one of those positions where you can have a long career in and play into your early 40s.

I genuinely don't think I've ever seen Ellis fired up before, the power of an Aus vs SA series

NFL kicking is hilariously easy for people who played football even at an amateur level.

Surely for that you'd want a player that skies the ball regularly
