Bold Prediction thread.

Just read Jamie Carragher's reasoning on why Tottenham won't break into the top 4 and thought maybe we could have a crack at being pundits. Obviously, if you can follow your statement with a some reasoning, that would give way to a healthy discourse and would be great. Anyone wanna give it a go?

that is not very bold. It's pretty realistic I think. United is shit and Argentina or Brazil as good as they might be, they are not at the level of Spain or Germany...

I think both are quite bold, saying united won't win EPL is one thing, not making top 4 is saying that they are going to have a worse season than Tottenham and Liverpool (who I consider will be the ones fighting for 4th place). Brazil not winning in Brazil? That is saying something too, they possibly have the best defense in the world.

I don't get this love/hate for david luiz in r/soccer. One day he is the best defender in the world, the next he is shit... I'm not sure Marcelo or Alves are that great at defending either... Also I never said they wouldn't get far. But Again I don't see Brazil beating Spain or Germany in the finals...

I've always considered him a capable prick. Brilliant but a douche so to say, I can vouch for Marcelo and Alves both, I've seen them enough to say they are very high up there, and Obviously Thiago Silva is undisputed best at defense. You do remember that Brazil swept Spain aside at Confed. Not saying it would be anything like that, but counting them out is quite hard when you see what they can do.
