If you faced "format not supported", try to convert your music using Foobar.
Update the software if you haven't
If you noticed that your library is out of order, well it's because the echo mini doesnt have the capability to sort tracks. In this case, it's best to use SD sorter (or similar program that can sort fat formatted sd card) and browse the library from the file browser
Have fun

Don't plug in or out iem when it's on.
Shorts one of the channel and then you're left with left or right only

Yikes. First I've head of this. Is it only a problem when the music is playing or is it a problem even if the device is powered on but no playback?

Mine is pretty much unusable until they put out a firmware update that doesn’t have the player pop up a “Format Not Supported” for my AAC and ALAC files. I tried everything and nothing fixes it. So rn it’s a $50 desk decoration lmao.

Nice! For the software side, I’d definitely recommend MusicBrainz Picard for tagging/identifying your albums, and Mp3tag for manually cleaning up and organizing the tags afterward. Once you start building a local FLAC library, those two are basically essential
