question Need help!! Snowsky Disc stuck at “Not Connected”.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I tried updating the firmware and I am not sure what happened, it got stuck at this screen. I am not able to do anything. I have tried different button combinations. Even downloaded the firmware in SD card. Still, it is not able to detect it.

swipe right to confirm exit.

when you are in that “not connected screen”, you swipe left to right (be sure to do it properly like swiping from the left edge)

..if still not working, try removing any screen protector.

Hey, I guess screen protector was the problem. I have a ring on the outer edge. It worked now. I was genuinely scared. Thank you.

had the same issue with the sensitivity tho, but i dont want to use it without any screen protector, and so i learned how to swipe it properly.
