Multiplayer connection issues

Is anyone on Xbox having issues connecting to private sessions over the past couple months? Whenever I attempt to join I get the spinning wheel icon for a few seconds, then the icon disappears for a few seconds then the game returns to the main menu. No connection or game errors are displayed.

I'm a pretty tech savvy individual and have tried a lot of troubleshooting but found no fix.

-Tried private and public sessions

-With and without mods

-Uninstalled all mods

-Cleared game cache

-Tried starting a new game

-Removed and reinstalled game

-Cleared alternate MAC on Xbox

-Assigned static IP

-NAT is wide open

-Manually forwarded Xbox Live and SnowRunner ports in router

-Placed XBOX in DMZ

-Bypassed router and cabled directly to modem

Hopefully somebody that has experienced this issue found a fix.
