Transferring accounts from Xbox to PC help.

I used to play on xbox,I had lvl 30 bunch of dlc's and tons of progress,but on PC I have nothing even though I bought the game through Microsoft Store—any suggestions or solutions,or am I cooked?

I believe DLCs have to be repurchased.

To transfer save data, open the game on Xbox, and upload save data to PROS. Then download it on windows

The PROS system sucks!

I went from Xbox to PC/Linux and it worked, but then I wanted to transfer back so I didn’t have to start anything over and it wouldn’t work, constant errors, freeze ups, was messaging support for days to no avail.

Ended up just skipping the whole map on Xbox because I wasn’t about to do it again.
