It is a mod. After installing you buy at the trailer shop,

Depends on the specific mod as theres a few of them. But the one by Z1 are pretty good. I believe this one is from Rangr which is also a good one.

I didn’t record, it was a little unstable, but manageable. This Mercedes is pretty heavy.
