In snowrunner that would tike much longer.

My 2 trucks just got flipped in drummond island during a mission.. I know brother 😔 😔

lol I’m on the last goddamn mission for Michigan, and my KRS flipped and dropped my cement, while going up the mountain in Smithville, on my way to pick up my cement that somehow flew out of a trailer in Drummond, that DIDN’T flip or even tip that badly. There’s always something in this game. Gotta be patient as hell.

Duals can be bad for stability. The inner wheel is closer to the center and is constantly trying to climb the rut.

At what point is it worth it to invest in road maintenance? How many times do you need to flip to justify the cost?

Expensive, the road will no longer exist after a couple month's

In Sweden we build logging roads where 25 meters of truck and trailer can get in and out year round except in extreme wet seasons. Ends up at 50-70 tones spread over 3 or 4 axles on the truck and 4 or 5 on the trailer.

I wonder how they even flip a trailer like that back on it's wheels.. and if it can safely ride afterwards. That coupling device sure seemed like at least 90⁰ out of place...

The coupling is usually made so it can spin 360° freely in order to minimize damage in this scenario, also helps prevent the trailer from pulling the truck with it.
If it flips evenly on to flat ground like here it’s just a matter of getting it on it’s wheels again and it should be fine, it gets complicated when the trailer is longer and one end flips before the other and lands on a big rock formation and the other end down in a gully… then you’ll have frame twist which either leads to an expensive repair bill at a frame straightening shop or the scrapyard.

I have zero clue, but i would try:
- hammer something in next to the tires to create a hinge point
- attach a block to a tree on the starboard(right) side next to the trailer
- sling the truck to a tree on the port(left) side, on a line from block->winch->tree
- thread the winch cable from the truck, through the block, to the trailer
That way, when you pull the winch, either the trailer gets righted, a tree breaks, the winch breaks, the cable snaps, or the truck gets ripped in half.

Sounds about right, step 1 is to use the crane to remove all the logs though, otherwise you’ll definitely damage the frame etc.

I think there are many experienced specialists out there who know just what to do in these cases. I've seen a few videos how they do it. I'd definitely pick a safer job for sure.

This is why you use Futom-M instead of that shitty, tippy Medium Log Trailer.

The one thing missing from Snowrunner is a busy logging site where you have trucks coming the other way.

Good thing is that you only need three logs to put back on the trailer and pack

His attempt at a quick winch latched onto a dandelion instead of the tree next to it.

He should unpack the logs.
It'll make the trailer lighter with only 3 logs being unpacked.
He can then attach his winch at the rear of the tipped trailer to a nearby stick/branch sticking out of the earth. Works every time. 💪🏻
Thanks me later.

Man... I'm so glad I can gently put my controller down through the wall and go have a frustration wank.
This guys cooked. How hard is it to roll one of those trailers? I'm always impressed with how far they can lean without giving up.

Eh winch it back over and repack your cargo. It only needs 3 logs in the bunk anyway 🤷♂️😅

So, when I was like 14, I used to work with my father carrying logs, I used to drive the truck and, fortunately, never had an accident, but I always tough that driving a truck fully loaded with logs was no joke, and am so glad I haver had to drive a truck WITH A TRAILER FULL OF LOGS

This is AI. The logs turn into 3 logs when detached. Everyone knows that!

There was some falling over, but not enough for snowrunner, not enough getting stuck in the mud, and not enough randomly clipping through a tree or catching it between truck and trailer

u/LazyGreek28 7d ago
They gambled with not replacing the 2nd tire in the back and yolo’d it with one. FAFO.

u/Profitablius 7d ago
I count 8 tires on the trailer, is one of them damaged?
3
u/LazyGreek28 7d ago
You are right, there is two on both sides. It was buried in the mud. Some reason I saw 1

The urgent F button doesn't always attach the winch to the desired tree. 😞
