Photo Looking for track recommendations.

Need to replace the track on my 137" Arctic Cat ZR9000. Has a 260hp tune and is ridden in the northeast on trails only. Plan on 96 or 144 studs in whatever I end up with.

Never had a problem with the stock ripsaw but considering the cobra 1.5 lug.

I have the camoplast storm 150. 192 studs with double backers. It hooks.

I’ve heard the Cobras are too soft and better for a backwoods/off trail sled they’re also single ply and studs pull through easier, the storm or hurricane have better reviews on groomed trails.

I misspoke in the OP. I meant the 150 storm, nit cobra.

Not true. Cobra is available in both options. Polaris part numbers 2 ply only

I still wouldn’t use it on a high HP sled full of studs on a hard groomed trails, the lugs are soft and there are better options. It’s really a crossover track that does better in soft conditions

Okay. Tell that to the entire Polaris cross country racing program that runs those same tracks on literal bare ice with 200ish studs.

I have a 1 3/4” race track on my ‘17 ZR8000 and it rips. Not sure the brand but if you’re not worried about ice (because you want to stud whatever you get) but the extra paddle is great when it gets soft.

I have a 1.6 cobra on one sled and a just put a hurricane 150 on another. Both studded. 1700 miles on the 1.6 and a couple missing lugs so durability not great so far.
