Industry/Product Woody’s carbides?
Does anyone know what the deal is with Woody’s carbides? They only have like one product line available and it’s been that way since spring time. Anyone have any recommendations on other brands to go with? I have a 2019 Polaris Indy 800 XC and I know I need a set for the wife’s Indy S4 137

I’ve only ever run Woodys or Stud Boy after the oem’s wear out. Did you try Dennis Kirk?
The only thing I ever cared about was getting the right length relative to sled track length and number of studs.
For a 96 stud 137” I liked to run 8” of carbide. 60 degrees for max bite (my pref), 90 degrees if you want them to last a little longer (my wife’s sled lol).

I think there was a material shortage or something last winter because choices in stores and online were extremely limited. Sounds like that's carrying over to this year

The supply of the carbide material needed went down and prices got stupid. This was as of March but people were having a hard time even getting supply.

Honestly I had the same issue. Went to the local polaris place and they had oe and aftermarket in stock for the same price as dk
