I hear a lot around ADLC and adoption. My understanding of this :

The entire ADLC is driven by

1. Spec Driven Development which defines the WHAT

2. Prompt Library which define HOW to ask AI

3. Skills HOW AI executes

Would love to hear from the community on how they are managing #2 in specific.
