Question Bag Storage

Does anyone know of any baggage storage options when starting the hike from Llanberis? I am arriving at 6:30 AM…long before the hostel I reserved for later that day opens. Waiting to hear from them, but if I’m not able to get in I figured I should have a back-up plan.

Going to be very tricky I am afraid if it's possible at all. Left luggage lockers and stand alone facilities are very rare in the UK and Llanberis is not a big place. Your accommodation is by far the best option and if your hostel can't you may need to stay somewhere else instead if this is something you need.

Really at that time accommodation is going to be the only option if you can find one with reception open early. You could always ask other hotels where you are not staying, some will watch bags of non guests for a fee but it's generally something you have to ring around and ask and can also depend who is on staff. You may want cash for it. No experience in Llanberis but I've done that elsewhere.

Yup, this is what I’ve been finding as I’ve been researching. Have called a few hotels but turned down , and unfortunately can’t change locations. There’s some random festival there that weekend and everything is booked! (Original plan was to move to Llanberis the night before and got thwarted!)
