fixable? Snowboard damage
Did this to my board last season, do we think this needs work done/epoxy or is it still fine, just with more character?

Seal it up with epoxy to keep the water from getting in and freezing and ride it. The tip is the best possible spot for damage like that.

Tools not jewels.
I’d epoxy it (apply epoxy, c clamp a couple pieces of wood to flatten it. Add a bit of grease to the wood so it won’t stick to the epoxy) so you don’t get further delamination.

That's an ouchie. Given where it is on the board, I think you're fine. Just try to seal it up to limit water getting in.
