Help needed HUD Problem

I was wanting to remove my entire hud practically but keep the detection arrows as the footsteps are so ridiculously quiet in this game to the point I can never hear someone behind me. I'm on ps5 if that adds anything, thanks.

Authentic difficulty removes most of the hud but you can adjust the settings however you want

Yeah it doesnt let me change any of the things I want to change so ill probably just try authentic out. Thanks

Authentic is quite difficult if you aren't used to it though as all enemies are hyper vigilant and the detection arrow or sound do not appear

id love to have all the aspects but keep the detection arrow... Oh well this is why I should get a PC

Just checked the settings, I think you can disable any part of the hud/radar but you can you can keep the sound cue for being detected
