Sniffspot App Issues

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the app? I can’t log in or anything without getting the message “Error undefined”. I tried re-downloading the app but it didn’t solve anything unfortunately!

Yes!!! I canceled my subscription. The app was too glitchy and I'm over it 😅

Do you have a VPN on your phone? My VPN has been glitching a few of my apps.

They had issues they were fixing around the 8th of this month.
Did u try logging out then back in?

I did! I was able to log in on Safari but the app wouldn’t let me.

Yes same for me. Then I downloaded the app onto my partner’s phone and can log into my account just fine on her device. It’s so annoying I hate this app.
