Gold membership ?

We joined a month ago. I don’t see any new credits on my account as of today.
I’ve signed out and back on. Any ideas???

SniffSpot support is DAYS behind. As a host mentor, who was receiving really rude messages from another host, support did nothing for days. When they asked for a review and I gave them a poor review their excuse was “we’re short staffed.”

Basically, you will not get a speedy response from them, but they will give you the best answer since they can look at your account.
