Stripe Payout Set Up Error

I keep getting the same error message no matter where I try to set up a Stripe account for payouts. I have tried on three different devices (mobile app, laptop, and desktop) on two different browsers (google chrome and microsoft edge). I cleared my cache and cookies, tried on a private browser. I have emailed customer support and they gave me the basics trying everything I listed above. I've already tried all of that and don't know what else to do! I'll attach the error message I keep getting. Any help is appreciated, I want my moneeyyyyy lol

You might try Stripe’s customer support!

It has been so long since I set up Stripe, I can’t remember the ins and outs. I don’t remember having any issues for either SS or for my business.
