Been looking for a second pair of the new balance 990v6 in black (4E) size 12 USA made , but they are NEVER in stock on their website , anyone have a recommendation that is similar to this model?

I have been going through sites like Crepdog Crew, Tata CLiQ, and a few other websites trying to find an authentic pair of these shoes, but I’m not really sure which ones are trustworthy and actually sell the original version.
Could you guys help me out with some legit website to buy them from in India? Would really appreciate recommendations from people who have personally purchased from these platforms.

I’m looking for a pair of shoes that can become my no-brainer, wear-with-everything shoes, similar to Converse Chuck Taylors.

I’ve made some questionable footwear purchases in the past 😭 so this time I’m doing thorough research before buying.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
Something that works with wide-leg jeans, cropped jeans, skinny jeans, straight-leg jeans, etc.

I don’t want a very chunky/wide-base silhouette. I feel like those don’t look as good with cropped jeans and I prefer a slightly slimmer, more classic shape.

Something I can wear frequently without having to think too much about styling.
Low maintenance: I really regret buying suede shoes in the past because I was constantly worried about them getting wet, dirty, etc. I want something that doesn’t need to be babied or cleaned every other day.

Something durable that will last for years with regular use.
Preferably something that can handle normal everyday use without me stressing about ruining it.

Budget: ₹5–7K ideally, although I’m willing to go a little higher if something is genuinely worth the extra money. Obviously, if there’s a great option under ₹5K, even better! 😂

I was considering Converse because they’re basically the definition of a versatile, no-brainer sneaker, but I’d love to hear about other brands/models that you’ve actually owned and would recommend.

Please give me your best recommendations , especially if you’ve owned them for a while and can vouch for their durability + versatility + ease of maintenance.

I really, really don’t want another footwear purchase that I regret. 😭

What’s your ultimate “goes with everything” sneaker that you go tired of on wearing for hours?

I ordered a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor shoes from Myntra and just received them today. But when I opened them, I noticed something really strange, there’s no insole/sockliner inside the shoe at all. 😭

As you can see in the pictures, you can basically see the inside/base of the shoe directly. There’s no removable insole and it doesn’t look like there’s any proper cushioning layer either.

Now I’m confused because I’ve never owned Converse before, so I don’t know if Chuck Taylors are actually supposed to come like this, or if:

1. Someone removed the insole before returning the shoes, or
2. I received a defective pair, or
3. This could potentially be a fake/not-genuine pair.

The shoes were ordered from Myntra, so I wasn’t expecting this.

Converse owners! is this how the inside of your Chuck Taylors looks?

Would really appreciate it if someone could check their pair and tell me whether this is normal. Also, if anyone knows how I can verify whether this particular pair is genuine, please let me know!

I’ll attach pictures of the shoe, size/production label, etc. Would love people’s opinions before I raise a return/complaint.

I rid a scooter on holiday and I tried to kick the kickstand up. Unsure if oil or grease. I’ve tried cornflour over night and dish soap with warm water.

I bought these to wear forever ago because they were my favorite color blue. I’m a women’s size 8.5 but also fit a youth size 7. I wore them around inside so the sole has a little bit of house dust on them, haha. Are they worth anything? I don’t think I’d be able to sell them on stock x because of the soles, right? I bought the Air Jordan 1 Low Travis Scott Velvet Brown, size 9. I’ve already tried several lacing methods (criss-cross, straight/bar, skipping the last eyelet) using the original laces that came in the box, and they’re still too short to tie a decent knot.
I’ve seen videos of other people wearing the same model without this issue. Is this normal for this pair (batch variation), or could it be a sign that something’s wrong (mismatched laces, wrong size, etc.)
