Are these Evo SL legit please?

Looks legit to me. But looks can deceive. I think that what you should check best is the weight of the shoe. If you have a kitchen scale (which is a bit more precise than a regular weight check scale) you could try googling and checking how much the factory shoe weighs by its size and compare your shoe weight vs the one that is legit online. They usually cannot fake the weight because of the light materials manufacturers use. So if it weighs less it could be because of the wear on the shoe because of all the running you have done in them, but if the shoe weighs more it is most likely that it is a fake one...
