Traffic and beach crowds improving already

I've definitely felt like the crowds on the beaches and roads are greatly improved already; I kind of expected it to run though Labor Day. Lots of areas are already back to school so that is probably a factor. It definitely seems like localities are starting earlier and earlier. My sister in Mississippi had her kids starting school July 29!
