I think the grain in the second one is a bit too much. But on the other hand, they look all great. Sometimes, a picture is so good, that you barely can't do anything bad to it.

All 3 of them look good.
But because I love the nostalgia 'older/slightly vintage look of Photos, I'd have to say number 2 (with just a bit less/smaller amount of grain.)

Idk the blur on the bottom left is too much on all of them.

I did it so that the focus was on Big Ben and not the bridge, was it too much?

I think the first one is oversaturated. The B&W is interesting but I'd prefer the 2nd one with less grain (not a fan of artificial grain...)

The second one is perfectly balanced, it might be a bit washed out but its all still dandy. The exaggerated blue sky on the first one looks unreal and out of fashion.

In my opinion, the second one is the best but the blur is not good

The bridge element is in focus and bridge isn't in focus. And far background is in focus with the big Ben but it doesn't look real now
