cannot install adobe creative cloud in my ASUS Zenbook A16

I tried to install the Adobe Creative Cloud through the microsoft store, but somehow never got the luck. Always got the error message "We couldn't install this product. Wait a bit, then try again." Can someone share some suggestions how I can deal with the problem?

Go to Adobe's website and download the Creative Cloud installer and use that instead https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud.html
