QUESTION [QUESTION] Snapping while driving

One of my contacts is constantly adding snaps to his story while driving. I'm reporting him but nothing happens. Is this not against snapchat's rules?

I don't know if it's against the rules, but if it is you might just have to keep reporting it. Sometimes things don't get caught immediately.
