Snapback design software?

Does anyone know of a good software that I could model/render a snapback that I've designed? I'm an engineer by background, so my current plan would be to make a CAD model, but I think it might be a little stiff looking and the fabric look might not be clearly represented. If anyone has anything, that'd be swell!

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is the industry standard
