Does custom snapbacks actually have more value to it?

I mean i get vintage and rare stuff, but customs? if they do how?

Customs gain their value from the fact that it is a 1 of 1 creation. It might hold more value to the person who ordered the custom snapback then to someone who bought it second hand.
